1. Goods broken or lost（Request within 7 days）
If your package received is damaged and the goods are short of quantity, please take a photo immediately, and you can check the quantity and the condition of the internal item to decide to receive the package or not. The loss of goods during transport should be claimed against the express company, we will cooperate with you to provide proof of packing list and payment records.
If the packaging is not damaged, but goods are short, please email us within 7 days of receipt of the goods, we will check the warehouse inventory, as well as the packing records, we will refund you if there are mistakes during warehouse work.
If there is other reason for you to return goods please contact us by email to discuss. The customer should be responsible for all shipping costs and all taxes for non-defective products return.
In most cases, we will refund your money within 48 hours after your package has been received.
PayPal is currently the fastest way we make a refund. You can also use the refund as the credit for your next order.
