Generally it takes 3-5 working days to the entire world by DHL/TNT/FEDEX/UPS, DHL-HK need abount 6-8 day via HongKong city and it takes 7-8 working days by EMS, if it is for South America or Russia, the delivery is a little longer. In short, the delivery is depended on the location.
The production of masks takes 3-5 days, masks generally transit through Hong Kong, it takes 5-8 days to arrive in the United States, so if you order the mask products, the time is 8-12 days.

2.Freight calculation:

20 kg is a dividing line, 20 kg or more packages will enjoy a better shipping fees calculation method, so sometimes 21 kg of package freight will actually be less than 19 kg of packages, note this situation will save your money.
3. Track package information:
After we give your package to the express company, we will send you the tracking number by email, you can track your package through the number on the express company's website, or in our website tracking system. If you do not receive the tracking, and the status of your order is shipped, please contact us immediately.
4. Packing & labor costs
In order to protect jewelry, we choose high-grade OPP seal bags, each item has a small bag, the same type of goods and then loaded with a large OPP bag, to facilitate the customer to check goods, we put the item code sticker on the large bags of each types of goods.We used five-layer cartons to load the heavier goods and wrapped a layer of tape around the box to protect against moisture.
These fees are included in the shipping charges and are not currently charged separately.
